This is to date the most effective inbound link checking tool I have found. It shows you the web page the link originates from; the PageRank of that webpage; the PageRank of that webpage’s domain homepage; how many other links are on the page; and the anchor text or image used to link to you. This is much more informative than say using ‘link:mydomain.com’ in yahoo or google. From it, you can truly get an idea of the quality of your inbound links; maybe find people to approach as link partners and you can also see who is linking to you consistently etc.

The SEO Tools found in this section were designed to assist you in configuring your website(s) for search engine optimization within the different search engines. Please select one of the SEO Tools from below to begin optimizing your website(s) for top placement within the search engines.

Yeah, SEO Quake is one of the better plugins, and you can write your own regex catchers if you’re really into that – e.g. I wrote some additional scripts to report on the number of .edu .ac.uk .gov and .gov.uk links going to a particular page.

I did not see RhinoSEO.com in the list. It is a great free Competitor Comparison tool. Think Hubspot, but affordable.
Monitoring one domain is free or they have multiple domain accounts for marketing firms for a small fee.
I have been using it for a month or so. It is all about lead generation and inbound marketing. Very useful stuff.

Back linking may be a important asset as well as help with off site internet marketing. Have you ever detected links result in a harmful affect to Yahoo rankings? And do you know if there is a way to reveal when Google Adwords is better than organic link building? I myself participate in various webpages and even manage a backlink building company. Still, I sometimes see it helpful to use Google Adwords to natural link building.
